"I recently stayed at days inn and had a wonderful experience overall! The hotel offers so many accommodations that made my stay comfortable and convenient—everything from [specific amenities like a pool, gym, or breakfast] to the little extras that make a difference. The staff truly stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Of course, no place is perfect, and there were a few minor imperfections, such as [mention small issue like outdated decor or slow Wi-Fi], but they didn’t take away from the overall experience. At check in the staff were chaotic, unorganized, and looked unprofessional. When we got to our room there was no handsoap, lotion, or conditioner in the bathroom. The tv was not connected to the wifi, that didn't reach that room, so the only way to watch tv was to connect it to my phone's hotspot. The bed was also uncomfortable. The only reason I didn't go back to the front desk was because I felt very confident the 2 guys there would not have a resolution for anything.

I decided not to stay at the property due to safety concerns. There was no available parking near my room entrance, and the area was poorly lit. As a result, I did not feel comfortable entering the room. Instead, I immediately booked accommodations elsewhere where I felt safe and secure. I hope that Days Inn will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure guest safety.

The hotel room we stayed in was not up to par. The room had a missing drawer, screws were loose on the towel rack and shower. No clock in the room so we could tell the time. I made a reservation on Expedia but it wasn't saved because it was through a third party so we got a dump of a room. I was highly disappointed. The only good thing they had was hot breakfast and the pool was nice. That's about it. Oh and I also over heard another guest complain about bed bugs. Gross!!

The room itself was clean, up front staff was friendly. The room we stayed in just needs a little TLC. The a/c unit had a lot of mold, and needed a good cleaning. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, and needed to be replaced, but on the bright side, the bed was comfortable!

The Internet was out the entire time we were there, even though I requested someone to come look at it twice. There was mold around the rail in the shower and along the edges. All of the containers in the shower were empty. There was no bar soap just a tiny half ounce of shampoo.

Property is a lil run down but clean. Staff is great. Breakfast was good, you order eggs however you like them, meat, and hash browns made by short order chef right then. Try the restaurant next door the “40 steak and seafood”. It's an awesome steakhouse with plenty of Bismarck nostalgic history!

The room was very clean but the service wasn't that good. I had a problem with overcharge, hopefully i get my money back in a couple days. Parking was good, air conditioner worked great, i did not utilize the pool or hottub.or the laundry.

This place was dirty the floors and bathroom was disgusting and our key cards had to be changed every day because they stopped working. I was never asked for my id at check in which i thought was odd. An icecream bar was on the floor in the hall for 2 days it was finally picked up but no one cleaned or mopped the floor where it layed. The toilet was dirty and barely flushed the tub looked dirty, caulk was missing and moldy in multiple places.

Someone had changed the settings on the TV and with streaming services after over an hour of trying to program it we gave up as it was later in the night. The bed was hard and the ventilation system was very loud. The couch in the suite area was missing the pillows for the back rest. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but doubt I will return. In trying to book the room I called over several days and no one would ever answer the phone. I finally registered online. I saw people show up that were told their registration had been cancelled and a friend told me they gave them the wrong room and had to go to a different hotel. The breakfast is good a big reason to stay here but I don't think it is worth it.

Not the best, sorry!

We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints. On this stay, when my wife took a shower there was no shampoo in the bottle. Thay have shampoo and conditioner bottles secured to the shower wall. They apparently just put a new TV in the room, a nice big smart TV that has to be connected to the internet to stream all of the channels. You would think that it would be all set up and connected to the internet, but no it wasn't. Of course they give you their WIFI password when you check in, but I tried several times to get the TV to connect to their WIFI but it never would. I used my Hotspot on my phone and it worked with no problem. The light fixture in the bathroom has three bulbs in it but only one was working. The sink in the bathroom barely drained. The air conditioner/heater looks like it was replaced and there are gaps along the sides that I could feel air blowing into the room. I took towels and stuffed them in the gaps to keep the air and the fly's out. We stay in Bismarck quite a bit and we don't stay at the fancy places with all the perks, we don't need them. A little maintenance goes a long way. I don't usually leave a review but this was not a good stay!

It’s been several years since I stayed here, and it’s really gone downhill. The only thing going for it is the friendly staff and made to order breakfast. Seeing a razor blade with white powder on the floor in the hall, and several rooms with the lights left on, doors open, and beds stripped at night didn’t add to my desire to stay here again. Room was okay and cleaner than the main areas at least. Cheap room if you’re in a pinch, but I’lll pay extra and stay somewhere else next time.
