We checked out about an hour after checking in, we were getting into bed when we discovered a half eaten cheese stick and wrapper in the sheets.

Great stay!

Love the hot tubs, pool was warm and toddler pool is great. Awesome breakfast! Great staff. A few damaged items in the room itself- didn’t bother us at all, but just a heads up.

Courtyard was nice. Hallways was dirty. The breakfast was always empty or very low. Same breakfast every single morning. No variety for main meal. Was told by staff that it was too expensive to have bacon in the morning when I asked for them to change up the meat and eggs. Staff was rude and not understanding. Especially when guests were noisy. We will never stay there again. We left and found another hotel Candelwood and Suites, much nicer and better priced even with a bigger room and much cleaner and even had a kitchenette. Staff was even nicer.

The pool area was nice. Our toilet made a loud squeaking sound every time it was flushed. There was a truck outside our window that ran for a long time and people were out there being loud for a long time. Staff may not have known though. Bed was good. Pillows were ok. Breakfast was good.
