The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel was just okay. When we checked into our room, the doorknob would only unlock if you went up, not down. The sheets were stained, but the rest of the room was clean. I went to the front desk to get a new sheet to replace the stained one, and the front desk person immediately apologized and offered to move us rooms. We checked the other bed and the rest of the room, and it was clean, so that wasn't necessary. The bathroom was clean for the most part, just a few things like a few random hairs in the tub, but you could tell it was cleaned, just this was overlooked. There is very little soundproofing/insulation between floors and rooms - we could hear kids talking/being kids clearly until almost midnight (no need to contact anyone, they were just being kids and not ridiculous), and could hear the people walking around their room upstairs at 4am. I think they are starting to update rooms, but our room was not one of them. The tub and fixtures are old and show some wear, the cooling system is loud, but like I said, it was clean. The bed was comfortable and helped to try to get a good night's sleep.

Michelle was outstanding very helpful, and welcoming. Great fresh clean smell in room. Actually clean and not covered with heavy scents. Wonderful breakfast and pizza avail for purchase was great option. Pool a little chilly and pool area not overly handi cap accessible and older but also clean. Price was reasonable. Enjoyed our stay.

The bed was awful. Springs would pop when you gpt off of it. The room smelled musty/ mildewy. Everyrhing felt damp/ sticky in the room even with air conditioning on. Found out the air condtioner leaks after picking up luggage bag and fhe bottom was soaked along with about 3 feet on carpet below fhe unit. And the bathroom door was so warped you couldn't close it properly. Just lousy.

We had a 2 night stay. Our room smelt like rotting wet dog or something. We went to use the pool and hot tub after a 4 hour drive with someone With back problems the hot tub was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The hot tub was so hot it was unsafe to use. We reported it to the front desk. Was told it would be checked into. The next day we had another 3 1/2 car ride so went to use the hot tolu. And it was still burning hot. This time the last from the front desk came and checked the temp and it was 127 degrees. The first morning went to make waffles for my daughter and the waffle makers were not turned on so she didn't get to have waffles because we had to leave before waiting for them to warm up. Overall it was a horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
