No elevator and for someone who has difficulties with stairs made it very tough and painful. No first floor rooms available and there was blood splattered on our wall. The pool area was grimy and gross. We were in a conjoining room and seriously the door must have been paper thin because we could here everything all night long going on in the room next to us, not plesant and lacking in sleep.

Nice hotel with great location

We loved this hotel. Not only is it a great location near all the shopping and activities we had planned, but the staff here was above and beyond polite. The pool area was well taken care of and every area of the hotel was kept very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Basic good room.

We had a nice stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: hard to find @ night.
Nice basic room. Beds were a little "soft". Pool area clean. Excellent breakfast! Only complaint was it was difficult to find, there are no visible signs from the main road, especially at night.

Good Deal

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Able to walk to most of the shopping and restaraunts.

Don't travel with pets if non-smoker

Overall, I would give the hotel an excellent rating - it met our expectations, decent room size, extremely friendly staff, etc . . . except for the fact that we had to stay in a smoking room because we travelled with our pet. Honestly, my cat's litterbox at its worst smelled better than the smoky room - I used almost an entire can of Febreeze air freshener. Needless to say, the cat will stay home next time -
