Bath faucet was plumbed reverse. Plumbing parts left in tub area. Thin blanket on bed. Wasn't ready for check in at 2:00 PM.

I'm sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. We have an older property, and it does appear that in this room, the bath faucet was plumbed backward. This is now fixed, due to your letting us know. The part in question is the removable tub stopper. Our checkin time begins at 3:00 PM daily, as should be stated on all third party sites. The four hours betwwen check out time and check in time gives us little leeway for early arrivals on busy days, such as this last weekend.

The loyalty program the hotel itself used to offer has indeed been discontinued due to misuse. It was originally intended for use only by those reserving directly with the property at full rate as a way to achieve rate parity with online third party booking. We do still offer a rewards program through our parent company (Red Lion/ Sonesta), available on their website. Our North Dakota location is extremely prone to frost heave, causing entrance doors to not line up with electric locks, thereby making it impossible to use the keycard only access.

The room was not very clean, there where still cloths and belongings from the previous occupants still in the room when we checked in. The guy that checked us in was friendly and courteous, the lady in the evening wasn't so much. Otherwise the stay wasn't all that bad, it was quite and our pet was welcomed!

Location was great - easy to get to and back onto highway. Building is showing its age - grout in bathrooms is stained and there is chips in the tile. Furniture has nicks and gouges.

Two nights stay

This hotel is under new mgtment and is still working out the kinks.  I had a special front desk manager who was very helpful to my concerns.  Staff was very friendly. High five to Jaime.  Thanks for  compassionate service. Hotel has a good continental for the price. Rooms do need upgrading.

Room was not very clean and had a moldy smell in bathroom

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: not clean
I don't think I would stay there again. It was not well kept. Moldiness in bath, torn chair top dirt around room.

Just OK

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
It was the cheapest motel I could fine in Grand Forks. I just slept there so I didn't really care about the quality. It's a very basic motel but does have a continental breakfast. If someone was staying any length of time in Grand Forks I wouldn't recommend it. Just passing through it's OK.

Pleased with our stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Only disapointment was there was no hot tub and no fridge in the room. Good hotel for the price. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good and fresh, breakfast area a little on the small side though hard to get around when there were a lot of people. Hotel was very quiet.
