"The pool looks dingy and cloudy- not clean. No towels in sight. Had to ask front desk for them, they gave some but they were in such bad shape and had snags all through them. Asked for extra towels in the room and was told they didnt have any, but may have more tomorrow. The room was kind of musty but you could tell they sprayed scented room spray. The shower was either boiling hot or cold. They never came to make beds or change towles, I had to ask house keeping for new towels on day 3 of our four day stay. The "buffet breakfast" is continental but had 3 "hot trays", ine had dehydrated looking/tasting eggs thay sat in water, half sausage half gravy in the 2nd, and then biscuits in the 3rd. It served our purpose of sleeping, but wasnt what I thought I booked from the listing at all. The front desk people were nice- but this place needs a huge upgrade. Will not be back, and will steer clear of Heritage brand for future travels."

"Great property within walking distance of the Gateway Arch, Old Courthouse, Riverboat Tours & Busch Stadium. Our room was clean & spacious. Only noticed a little noise from 4th St below. Breakfast & dinner area crazy busy on the weekend we were there. Fine with a little patience."

"I’ve stayed in a lot of cheap motels, but this one takes first prize for sleep deprivation. Literally zero minutes. Every time the person upstairs took a step or rolled over in bed its sounded like the ceiling was about to give out. People entering the hallway from the outside sounded like they were in the room with us even when speaking at normal conversational levels. The a/c never worked. Only three buttons worked on the TV remote and channel wasn’t one of them. All in all an utterly miserable night. Motel 6 is a mistake I won’t make again."
