This 4-bedroom, 3.5- bathroom townhome has multiple seating areas conducive to relaxing and enjoying company with family and friends. As a creature of comfort this place features high end furniture, new, comfortable mattresses (1 King, and 3 Queen's) outfitted with clean, crisp linens. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, tastefully decorated and ready to be your home away from home!

Trip to State College
Everything about this property was perfect for us! We visited PSU for a weekend and needed a place to stay. It is super close to the campus, close to a grocery store, and right off the highway. There was plenty of room for us. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Erica!

Hands down THE BEST
This was literally the nicest space I’ve stayed in, and I’ve used house rental services for years. Not only was it furnished extremely well, but the amenities were amazing. Emily was extremely giving. She was flexible, accommodating, communicative, and she provided amble supplies. I was in town for a half Ironman, but if you are looking for a space that’s big, clean and has it all, this townhome is 10 minutes from Beaver Stadium. There is also a grocery store 3 minutes down the road. If I ever went back, I wouldn’t think twice about where I would want to stay.

My group of 5 stayed here for the blue and white weekend at Penn State and it was perfect! Short drive to the stadium, but close to many things not in State College. The place was clean and just as described. Highly recommend!

Cutest place near Penn State!
This little townhouse is so cute and updated very nicely! Emily was so wonderful making check in and check out super easy. We have been going up to Happy Valley for 3 years now and this is by far the nicest affordable Vrbo we have seen. Most places are super outdated and over priced because the demand for the area is just so high. The layout of this property is perfect. Gathering areas all on the main floor with plenty of space. It is well stocked with cookware and any kind of basic gadget you would need. Even the dishes were cute! Would definitely stay again! 10/10!

Great Location!
My family and friends stayed 2 nights for a basketball tournament nearby. The stay couldn’t have been better! The townhome is absolutely spotless, so much room for everyone to spread out, and the ground level room with en suite was perfect for our friends. The nearby sports facilities are so easy to get to and, even better, State College is just a short drive down the road. So easy to get back and forth between these places and the townhome. Thanks again!
