The staff was outstanding and supportive. In fact, the maintenance man came up right away to take care of our cooling system, for some reason the heat was conflicting with the cooling system, and they took care of it for us. excellent service.

Did not enjoy the security staff sitting at the entrance to the pool or the “kid zone” and restaurant that was for private events or other people and not me or my family. Confusing unprofessional and uncomfortable situations.
