Every single staff member I encountered, through three flights, was professional, helpful, and accommodating. Rather disgusted with Travelocity, though. At 10pm, I learned that I needed to change my flight from one booked a week later, to 12 hours (10am next morning). I spent six whole hours trying to change my ticket, via the website and the phone lines. Nothing worked. Finally, now 6 hours prior to take off, I outright purchased a new one way ticket, which I could not easily afford. But, ultimately, got the ticket, got the plane, and got to my destination, so I cannot complain too much!
