Room not ready upon arrival. Smells of urine in the lobby. People strung out on dr**s in the parking lot. Sink broken. Phone broken. Bed so soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast is a juice pack apple and croissant we were told. Signs everywhere warning to lock your doors for safety and look out for human trafficking. Would have left if we could get a refund immediately.

Although this isn’t a luxury or high end hotel it is definitely a place to stay if you are looking for middle of the line facilities for a reasonable price. If you are hoping for high end for this price you need to look elsewhere.

It is nicely located property as close as possible to Toronto & Niagara area with relatively cheap price and fair condition. This comes with a withdraw of people smoking and setting outside the property which made me feel a little bit uneasy.

Advertised that the rooms had A/C but it did not work at all. Says free breakfast on the sign but there wasn’t one. None of the power outlets worked in my room and we had no hot water. I had a group block of 6 rooms and every room had issues. I had to purchase cleaner and clean the bathroom myself as it was disgusting. They left 2 towels in the room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel had people fighting in it all night long and the smell was really bad. There was a guy smoking weed in the hallway and they did nothing about it. I asked numerous times for the situations to be rectified but nothing happened after the staff at the front desk promised it would be fixed. We finally got a phone call at 1:30am our last night there to switch rooms. This is very unacceptable. I spent almost $3000 on 6 rooms and they would not even refund one room to go stay somewhere else. I am going to contact hotels.com next and see if they can get it rectified before I take other steps to get some of my money back. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen in 45 years. It’s so run down and disgusting.

We checked in Friday night and within 15-20 minutes, we were in 3 different rooms. First room there was no fridge and the AC didn’t work. Front desk moved us to a room on first floor that was clean and ready for us. I walk into it and there and empty beer cans all over the floor and on top of the bed and dresser and piles of clothes all over the floor. I was livid at this point, we get moved to our 3rd room which wasn’t much better than the first. Hi housekeeping was done on it in the morning. Every time I complained to front desk, all they ever offered was 10% off our next visit which I will never use there. On our last complaint, she offered a massive upgrade to a room that has a “microwave”. Yes because a microwave is gonna fix that mess. No one cared and all disregarded my wife’s and my complaint. Never again! I hope this review reaches everyone who looks at your property!!

My name is Jon I'm a licensed electrician. I stayed here for 2 nights recently and woke up with bed bugs crawling everywhere. Had to throw my stuff out and cancel work the next day. No refund from the motel. Even after I showed them evidence.

We didn’t receive any clean towels after handing in the ones we had used. The free breakfast is unclear… There’s no buffet in the morning. You have to ask the hotel staff for it each day. This isn’t explained at check-in. Finally, the bathroom was clean, but the water was lukewarm. This place is okay if you’re just looking for a roof over your head—nothing more.
