DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE!!! We checked in supposedly for 2 nights but left after the first night because there was no hot water in the hotel. We were never informed of this at check-in. There was a coffee maker in the room but they don't provide coffee. There were no towels or a shower curtain in the bathroom. There is signage up indicating and ice maker and vending machines which don't exist. The place is equipped for breakfast but it isn't a service they provide either. I requested a refund from the front desk because we had to leave but they told me that I had to contact Expedia, the company that we booked through. I contacted Expedia and was told that the hotel has to authorize the refund. I have left messages for the manager but have never received a response. It all sounds like a scam to me because the reviews I read before I booked were all very positive but now that I have stayed there it seems like the reviews are all negative. There are reviews from 3 weeks ago that say there was no hot water, yet the new hot water tank is sitting in the stairwell for who knows how long. Don't waste your money staying here. The place should be shut down!!

Not friendly stuff, if the two guys there is the only stuff. Old, smelly place. I doubt the sheets and the only towel were washed and clean. I called for help turning on the tv and I had to wait over an hour even though I was told one of them is coming up and they were just chatting outside it’s not that they were busy.. after I waited over 30 min i had to go to the lobby and ask again. I also asked for extra towel, he brought an old and not clean looking towel. There wasn’t any hot water, I had to shower with cold water. I called and told them, he said “ oh let me check “ and never heard back… In the morning there wasn’t anyone on the front desk, tried to call twice, no one answered my calls or calls me back… i left the card from the room in the room like they told me to do but they assured me that someone will be at the desk at 6am. I had a very busy weekend and booked the place to accommodate me with work and I needed to get good rest for the night but I was extremely unhappy with the whole experience with this place. No wonder why they don’t do refund.

message sent to property management whom was told only avalaible Monday... 2 am in the morning.. we just checked in and the room sheets ..pillows ...shower curtains.. the bath tubs are so filthy ..it s beyond what someone could accept... called the receptionist.. as told they have no other sheets and no other available rooms... if it was not this late and with my daughter ..we would have left right away.. we have removed the sheets and sleeping on one that has less stains. Receptionist took a picture using a cellphone of my ID which is breach of privacy and without my consent. Will never..never come back at this place.. HORRIBLE

This was by far my worst hotel experience. I had expected Expedia to ensure a minimum standard before listing this property on their platform, but it was a nightmare from start to finish. During my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, the same bedding was left unchanged, and no toiletries were provided. The staff were consistently rude and clearly lacked basic hospitality training. Gaining access to the facility was frustrating, as there was often no one at the front desk, meaning guests could be left waiting outside for long periods. The overall condition of the hotel is poor—it looks unkempt, poorly maintained, and far below reasonable expectations. I strongly advise Expedia to reconsider their association with this property, and I would not recommend it to any traveler.
