Did not like that the sausage and eggs for breakfast were microwaved. Cereals were bare minimum basic. Along with the pastries. Timing for hot foods our of sync. No eggs when sausages not sausages when eggs. Watched the front desk clerk eating a muffin in line for eggs prior to guests being served. Pool does not open until 1pm in the height of summer. Had breakfast on pool patio and the maintenance window washer employee made it a point to tell me the pool hours although the door was not locked. I was eating breakfast not swimming. She waited until she washed the last window to advise of the hours. Monday evening at 9:30 pm the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. Was charged a deposit of $50 for "mini-bar, room damages". The room needed renovations and there IS NOT a mini-bar. The Hilton resorts charge $20 and mentioned to manager who was training hotel clerk. His response was other hotels charge alot more, I know because I used to work at them. Otherwise, got late check out until 12pm. Checked out at 12:30 because my 11:15 am wake up reminder never called. Was allowed to use pool fir few hours after check out while waiting for to travek hack home. So not an unpleasant stay. Would go back soon.

Our Breakfast is in 100% compliance with Choice Hotels International Brand Standards and our attendants do their best to keep up with the ever-changing demand on the buffet. We always appreciate our guest patience so we can prepare the food correctly and safely to ensure a great breakfast for all. We currently offer 3 breakfast cereals, 3 flavors of Yogurt, 3 types of Danish, 2 types of donuts, 3 types of muffins, 2 types of bread, 2 types of fresh fruit. Our pool hours are posted at the hotel, and on the booking web-sites> during the down-time the pool is tested and cleaned to ensure a fun and safe swim for our guests, I am looking into opening the pool next season earlier in the day. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. I am glad that tour overall stay was "not an unpleasant stay. Would go back soon." We do look forward the chance to provide you with a superior experience. When i needed to checkout, the clerk informed me that she couldnt check me out because her computer was having problems. I had to leave to get to my event, so i had to leave my room keys with her word rhat she would check us out once her computers were working. Im a bit nervous so im going to be calling bacl to verify.

Room was better than expected. I had read the reviews and was concerned, but decided to chance it. The room was nice and looked like it was recently updated BUT they forgot to do the bathroom. It was old and dingy. Lobby needed a good sweeping. Breakfast was disappointing - no yogurt or fruit.

Its a place to sleep...T

The room was average, but clean. The place was very hard to find, and when I called for directions, the person over the phone seemed lost. Lots of food places around, but Id drive instead of walk. Was disappointed...the free internet signal was very weak, and when i called down for the passcode, person over the phone again, seemed lost. Breakfast was wonderful, and plenty.
