Nice Hotel

Pros: The hotel itself was very nice and well staffed. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away. The restaurant was great.
Cons: The website needs to be corrected. It lists a pool and there is NO POOL.
Location: Location was about two and a half blocks from Inner Harbor..Very easy walk.,.lots to see and do. Many many great restaurants.
We were pleased with the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant. BUT, extremely displeased with the fact that the website stated it had an indoor pool. We only stay at hotels with indoor pools..NO POOL..Important that management correct their website.

great hotel!

Just a few walking blocks from the Inner Harbor. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking and check in/out were easy and smooth. The staff was beyond generous. Special shout-out to Kylie! Great experience.

Awesome Hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, but I wish it had been longer! The hotel staff was great! The breakfast was really good. We were close enough to walk to the inner harbor, babe ruth's birthplace and a few other attractions. I was apprehensive about having to pay so much for parking, but it was definitely a benefit. The traffic downtown was crazy, so not having to worry about parking and getting the car in & out was worth the additional cost. If for some weird reason I ever end up in Baltimore again I will be staying here! Oh, and the bed/pillows were super nice!

Great Value and Location

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great value, location
This hotel is in a great location (two blocks from the Inner Harbor) and is well worth your money. The room was a great size and very clean. The people were very nice and helpful. When traveling back to Baltimore I know we would stay there again.

Staff were terrific

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
This hotel was within walking distance to the Inner harbor and to many conveniences, shops, restaurants, attractions. The staff were very helpful , courteous, and informative. The suite had a separate living room area and kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Complimentary popcorn was a nice touch. Two nice sized TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom, were very convenient. There were two disadvantages to this location: My room was on the third floor above street level and faced the busy street. The sirens and traffic noise on the street below went on all night, every night, making it difficult to sleep. The other disadvantage was that there is no parking on site for your vehicle. A valet has to drive your car to some other location, away from the hotel, to park it. You can't park it yourself. A breakfast buffet was offered, and it had a nice selection of hot and cold items. It was available early enough so that I could grab breakfast and make it to my early meetings.

Great price and location!

Pros: Close restaurants
I was in town for a graduation and this place definitely served its purpose. The room was very clean and I love the fact that it had a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator. I like to buy food to keep in the room to keep costs down when I travel. Location is right in the inner harbor area so its near all the hot spots. No view of the harbor but I was able to live with that when considering the money I was saving. I'd definitely stay there again and I'd lean towards choosing any Residence Inn wherever my travels may lead me.
