The hotel was clean, overall quiet and seemed to be secure. It was nicely appointed and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our few complaints were that the in room safe was pre-locked with no discernable way to reset/unlock it, and the bath/shower drain was slow to drain. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there were plenty of other kids enjoying it as well. Hotel might benefit from a larger pool. Hot tub was under repair.

Check in took forever check out took forever I get it hotels get busy tried to overlook it and enjoy my stay. Upon check in we saw we only had 3 towels for four asked housekeeper for another towel to no avail. No biggie I'll get one at the front desk . Hahaha no towels at 8 pm " we'll send some up" . 9 pm still no towels call front desk " we'll send some up" 10:30 pm back down to front desk " the towels are getting washed we'll send them up by 11" I'm crashing out I tell them " no worries we'll leave them outside your door". Next morning guess what that's right now towels guess I'll spend my time here with an itchy ass. You literally have a better chance of finding Jesus than finding a towel at this hotel. The pool was a bit nasty but against my better judgement I was with my daughter anyway since I'm up to date on my hepatitis vaccinations and maybe I'll get the itch out my ass. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.ps. forgot there appeared to be man gravy on the dresser and dirty dishes in the hallway.
