We had a small issue with the air not working in our initial room but the front desk quickly sent someone to look and gave us a different room that we were actually happier to have so overall it was a great stay. Good Time at the Hyatt Place

The staff was fabulous and the breakfast was ok. The beds could be upgraded, they were a little uncomfortable. Besides that we would book this hotel again.
