It would have been nice to know that the pool was.closed prior to making reservations. We would have stayed somewhere else.

The floors in the lobby and elevator were dirty. When we arrived at our room the pillows were left in a pile on the bed without pillow cases. Hair from previous occupants all over the room, mostly seen in the shower and entryway floor. The couch cushions are stained. I would not choose to stay here again.

Terrific location. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Big rooms and extremely well cleaned. Restaurants in Little Italy easily walked to.
