Great location and view of the harbor. The front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful! I was a little nervous about booking here because of some of the reviews, and I will say that the room decor is a bit outdated as others mentioned, but it was clean, spacious and in the perfect location!

This hotel had an excellent location to many places in Baltimores Inner Harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the parking was very easy and convenient which you dont always get in a downtown area. It was a great stay!

The elevators were not working properly, so a staff member had to use their id card to get the elevator to work in order to go up to my room on the 3rd floor. Staff members were not always at the front desk, so this became an issue. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall & the bathtub had several chips that were not repaired. The location was great! The king-sized room was a good size. The $20.00 a head breakfast was ok, but service for the custom omelets was slow, it was however, a bargain in comparison to the other walkable options in the area.

While we booked through hotels.com, the hotel itself emailed about possible available add ons and upgrades. When submitting for upgrades they were all unavailable, no problem, it says that on the page. I did submit for an early check in with a charge. They system messaged back that it was available. Check in was supposed to be at 1 and we arrived around 2:15. We were told that our early check in wasn’t guaranteed and wasn’t ready. They need to change the system to indicate that even if approved, they will make no effort to make it happen. The room was just ok, you could hear everything outside and next door through the walls. Everything definitely appears old, see attached photo of the shower curtain. The location is great.

The location and decor were perfect. However, the front desk staff could benefit from additional training in their various duties. Check-in was unusually delayed due to their confusion, but their pleasant demeanors were a saving grace. The breakfast was truly disappointing! It was the same breakfast other chains offer for free, but here it came with a $12.00 charge for this unappealing spread. The only added feature was a 'cook' making eggs or omelettes, who kept tapping her tip jar. Honestly, the only tip we could offer is to learn how to cook!

Excellent location

Not the best hotel in town, but for the price, it was superb. Excellent location too. The front desk staff were friendly. I recommend paying a little extra for the covered parking lot across the road rather than the open lot next door to the hotel. Not for security, but I prefer my car to be in the shade.
