The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are terrible. The mattresses need to be replaced. The beds did not have any blankets. Had to change rooms twice. The first room was dirty and the second room would not heat. I would not recommend this place.

The property was very secure, but its not a good thing when it so secure the guest cannot get in because there is a front door buzzerd and if no one is at the desk then there is no one to buzz you in. So we were standing in the middle of baltimore downtown in the middle of the night, because we just got back from a concert and could not get in the hotel for five minutes while the security guard staired at us through the glass. All she said was ring the buzzard we kept telling her we are. Then she finally got up and noticed no one was upstairs at the desk to answer the buzzered then she finally let us in. NEVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

The staff was supper accommodating and friendly, they made my wife and I feel wanted and special. I love the atmosphere of the hotel. I love that they are very pet friendly. It has a unique style and presence. The hotel has a grand feel about it. I would definitely stay there again. Now the not so good, I didn't like that the hot water takes a very long time to get warm My room did not have a safe although they did fix that problem and the location is not the best in the harbor.

Cons: First night I was wrongfully transferred a call after 12 mid night that woke me and my son up. The next night, the neighbors next door were blasting music at 3 am and the staff barely knocked on the door to get them to turn it down. They offered me a new room but I was already checking out early in the morning. They should have used their key to go in and have them turn down the music. Snacks were over priced. Pros: beautiful hotel, clean and gorgeous room.
