We are repeat guests because we have had great experiences in the past. Our room was not available at check-in because of a delay in pillowcases, along with several others checking in at the same time as us (after 4PM). We had hot water in the cold water tap in our room which was odd but did correct itself after running the water a few minutes. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallway at 7AM with communication devices on speaker. Clean facilities, excellent restaurant options and front desk very kind and kept us informed. I would still recommend this hotel despite some small inconveniences.

Although I am licensed to carry my firearm, I felt very safe parking alone in the garage. Being in security myself, it was a pleasure to see an officer on foot patrol once during my two days stay there. I felt safe in the hallways as well, with the security cameras located in good areas.

Hotel is tired and worn including overall room setup. I have allergies to down pillows causing itchiness and my eyes to swell. Asked 3 separate staff on 3 separate occasions for hypoallergenic pillows and was told they would be coming soon but never arrived. Bathroom faucet dripped constantly and after day 2 the toilet starting not flushing properly so went from room on 9th floor to general restroom on 3rd floor to use the bathroom. Staff at the restaurant was MIA and haughty for folks looking to be seated for service. Area around the hotel has declined -- lots of junkies and homeless. PNC next door to hotel got held-up the last day we were there. We left a day early but staff didn't even ask why. Better to stay in the newer area of the harbor with less issues.

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and welcoming. The location was very convenient. The facility was very nice.
