Great Location and Beautiful Architecture

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, beautiful unique architecture.
Cons: Add room service.
Location: Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, Hippodrome Theater, lots of great ethnic restaurants.
Very central location to Inner Harbor, University of Maryland and other downtown locations. Old time feel, but still very modern. Very comfortable bed, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Several on site restaurants, cafe and bar to get food with very good menus, great food. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel close to the Inner Harbor

Pros: Location, location, location! Very friendly staff including valet services
Cons: In room coffee pot 👍🏼
Location: Several blocks from the inner Harbor of Baltimore with tons of shopping, sight seeing, food and boat rides!
When we arrived the valet staff was very helpful. The hotel was older but had been "freshened up". The front desk staff that checked us in were very efficient. We were in our room in 15 minutes from start to finish. After a nice, comfortable nights rest we got up and went to the bakery for some coffee. The only downfall was the in room coffee maker was very tiny and not much to work with. I would recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure

Pros: The staff was nice and hotel was clean.
Cons: No one should have to wait almost an hour for a car. Especially when your told 10 minutes.
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Our 2 big problems were that our room was on the 3rd floor near the ballroom that was hosting a wedding. You could hear the music in the room. The hotel charges for valet parking. The parking garage is 2 blocks away. On the first day we had to walk to get our car because of the marathon and on the 2nd day (checkout) we were told 10 minute wait. We waited just under 1 hour for our car.

Lord Baltimore

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, but there were only two working elevators. We waited for twenty minutes before ditching the elevator idea and finding the stairs. When we went to park our car we sat there waiting for the parking attendant for about thirty minutes before he came out and gave us a ticket. The parking garage was also a few blocks away from the hotel which was frustrating when you have a lot of bags to carry. Moonrise music festival was the weekend we were there and the hotel was filled with young people who were up all hours of the night being loud and running down the halls.

Lux hotel

The decor at this hotel is beautiful and swanky. The rooms are on the larger side which makes it extra comfortable and the beds are very comfy. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of sites and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel stay.

Good hotel

Good hotel in downtown Baltimore. In tune with the rest of downtown Baltimore, this area in not safe to walk during night. Self parking at a nearby garage, a blocks walk aways is $15.

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Extend the continental breakfast on the weekend. 9 am is too early !
Location: All inner harbor tourist spots are a quick cab ride or close enough to walk.
Just a quick get a way in the city. Didn't know what to expect. Close to all tourist spots, theater, inner harbor, ball park. Parking was a little bit of an issue but worked out just fine. We chose not to valet but parked at one of the nearby garages. Found out we could stay in the garage for 24 hours at the same rate. Hotel was nice, the staff was pleasant. Really enjoyed the wine and cheese reception and the recommendation for dinner. Missed out on the continental breakfast by sleeping too late. Tried to grab a cup of coffee and was told sternly I was too late. I did get coffee, but forget about a refill. The gentleman who arrived after us was treated much more pleasantly, given food and a large coffee to go.
