Rude magician. Valet drove my car like a race car spilling closed containers and not having the courtesy to tell me. I will NEVER come back to this property. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I did find the hotel just average. The fact that valet was an additional 50 on top of the hotel rate, I thought was exorbitant. The floor we were on (7th) was under renovation so didn’t have an ice machine The lead up and unloading area was not welcoming. The valet was the most helpful. The room was outdated and boring.

So the room was fine but lord the bar downstairs was terrible. It was terrible service, took forever to get a drink or even noticed. And I’m in the service industry- I can appreciate when they are busy and truly just can’t get to you but these people were moving at a sloths pace with zero care or concern. I looked around and every single person was frustrated and had empty glasses, plates stacked. Etc… either they need more training or a manager to help. Not really sure…
