unprofessional front desk staff

I called to complain about staff entering my room uninvited and housekeeping knocking on my door. Front desk hung up phone. After speaking with front desk assistant manager, young lady at front desk called me a B*^€€, which my son observed and reported to me. This was done behind my back as I was leaving. Manager, Terrell was very professional but I was appalled by the response of the front desk underling.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. The check in staff provided everything needed for our stay and even provided warm, delicious cookies!

Very nice hotel - would visit again

Pros: The room was very clean and appearance great.
Cons: Just a little noisy with the air conditioner unit
Location: Location was close to everything and my daughter enjoyed shopping there.
It was an awesome experience from staff to the room itself. Fell in love with Mr. Charlie and David from valet parking. Such and enjoyable stay by all members of my party. Reatha

Hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable.

Pros: Location, comfort, staff.
Cons: The gym is too small for a hotel of this size, and half of the exercise machines were out of order.
Location: Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University, Charles Village, Baltimore Zoo, a few miles from the Inner Harbor and stadiums.
We stayed over one night when we went to Baltimore for an Orioles game. The hotel is just a few miles north of the stadium. It is comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was very accommodating.

Deserted no staff and freezing

Cons: breakfast was extra
hadfreezing had to check out before my stay was over because it was so cold and there was no staff to answer the phones.

Overall not bad.

Pros: Free Internet
My only complaint was that I could hear the party going on until 2:30 am. After a 4 hr drive from another state, I could have done without the extra noise.
