The room was in great condition, however, the room was extremely cold during my stay and it felt like the outside. Thank you for the microwave . That certainly kept the food heated. The fireplace was very nice in the dining area but if you wanted warm, you would have to stand in from not of the fireplace. The attitude of the front desk clerk when complained, simply ignored what I have complained about. I will not return.

The fire alarm went off during our stay @5 am in the morning and your front desk staff was not respectful when we called to check in on returning after the alarm. We felt like we should have been refunded for our inconvenience. Other than that our stay was fine.

We waited for over 30 minutes to get our key. It was Thanksgiving, so I can over look that. When we got back to our room after spending time with family, we realized there was no heat in the room. We called the front desk, and the woman said she could do nothing to help and hung up on us.

our family enjoy the stay at Homewood Suite that was the best five days in two year . we really needed that I will back soon if it is the Lord will and his way. the room was nice and clean the food was great we really wish we could stay just one more day.
