Not bad overall, but wouldn’t go back.

The staff were all amazing and helpful. Hotel room itself was clean but not the most comfortable. I hated the sheets, scratchy and uncomfortable with an odd setup, they kept coming off of me all night and I was struggling to pull them back up. Pillows were also not the best. The TV was extremely outdated. Had 15 channels, if that. Apparent apps on the tv did not work because of the WiFi which was also terrible. The hallways at times had odd smell, I think the type of cleaning products they used didn't mesh well with overall smell of the hotel. Elevator didn’t work when we arrived and there was no ice machine on our floor. We had to go to the next floor for ice. I really wish the quality of the hotel matched the folks that work there.

Room was clean overall but was definitely room for improvement. Stayed with my pet and was not made aware of $25 per night fee despite calling in, was just told pet friendly. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Most of the wall sockets in my room had no electricity Bed was super comfy and sheets and bedding were clean. Room has mini fridge which was awesome and they provided shower soaps

Staff were warm and welcoming. Courtesy van gladly took us to a nearby restaurant. Room was clean. Bed was too soft. Toilet was very low. Breakfast was better than most — attendant kept it well supplied and cleaned up.
