So many broken items in my hotel room. Extremely dirty carpets. Insufficient linens and towels. Blood on the stairwell banister. Marijuana overwhelming smell in the halls and common areas.

Ok stay. Amenities didn’t work very spacious room

The stay was ok. I stayed due to the space and amenities. The space was good since it was my husband and son. We got the 2 bedroom. That was the best part. We was there for AAU tournament so they had a basketball court but the court was broke. Also they had apps on the tv but the apps like Netflix wasn’t working so that was a buster as well. When asked about it they said it must be the provider service and there was no one on site to help. The air duct I’ve the oven didn’t work well and there was dents on frig and rip in carpets. The felt I got was that people were living there as well so I didn’t like like part either. It was an ok stay but wouldn’t go back as the amenities didn’t work. After coming in from long games I couldn’t watch any shows. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Carpet floor was dirty and was not vacuumed. Stairs leading to the 2nd floor was the same, one step was even sinking. Toilet would not flush unless you hold it. I tried calling to advise of a late arrival but never got an answer. I hung up after an hour.

We stayed with our family of 6 (2 adult's, 4 kids 10-3yrs). The suit was very spacious and perfect for what our family needs. I was glad my husband and I could have some privacy in our own room. When our toddler woke up at night in the living room he didn't disrupt the other kids in the 2nd bedroom. Having the full kitchen with all the things was so helpful too and the full fridge was spacio. All the appliances worked really well. Allergies. Our family has dog and cat allergies. I called the hotel earlier in the day before checking in to ask if they can do a deeper cleaning since this is a pet friendly hotel. None of us had any issues. I was very happy. Breakfast. Great options! The kids enjoyed making their own pancakes with their pancake making machine. They had fun watching it. They had a full continental breakfast wirh differen options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have trays you can ask for to help take several plates of food to your room. Cons: The buildings are separate, so you have to walk outside your building to the front desk building/Café area. It was tricky trying to balance my tray of food then scanning my room key to open the other building door. Everytime we walked outside the building we smelled weed. We didn't know where it was coming from most of the time, but I did see some smoking in the parking lot. I don't know if it's legal in Baltimore, but we had small kids with us who don't need to be around that.
