Everything was okay until I had to clean the bathroom. Luckily I bring my own lysol wipes and spray to disinfect. The sink was not clean, their was hair in the tub and when I lifted the toilet seat there it was dirty. Looked as if there was old stains from a menstrual, luckily I wiped and sprayed everything multiple times.

Building was good, room was beautiful loved the bench that was placed by the window. Except the AC was not coolinh cold enough. Room was a bit stuffy at night.

The check-in process took over 40 minutes. When we went up to the room one of the beds was not made. For three days, no one made up our room. We asked if there was a sign-up form to get our room cleaned. The staff said that their automated system was not working and they didn't know who was in which room. While they had plenty of parking spaces they oversold it to people flying out of town. Three nights, we had to stand in the line for check in to ensure we could park in the fire lane. Many of on saff seemed to live in the hotel and got in front of the paying guests to get their breakfast. There was smell of marihuana on the premises. Shall I go on!

Room was fine, however, there were partyers next to us and didn’t get any sleep. Did call the front desk and complained. Didn’t help much. Very disappointing!
