The bathroom was dirty. The toilet is weak. Thought my son clogged the toilet up. So the maintenance man came and used a plunger on it. He said it wasn't clogged but that the toilet was wesk and to hold down the handle until completely flushed. He then proceeded to walk out the door with poopy water dripping across the floor. No mini fridge. Never been in a hotel that did not offer that. You have to upgrade to a deluxe room to get that. Had a hard time getting soap out of the dispenser to wash my hands.

Terrible experience. Had to checkout as soon as I checked in and made another reservation at a different hotel for my stay. The room was smelling of whatever was smoked, several groups of guys loitering around smoking or whatever they were smoking. I felt really unsafe and i had to leave. They wont refund me.as well.as they didnt care that my money was wasted. Its better to waste some money and be sure that I'm safe. Complete garbage of a hotel. I'll stay clear

Stayed here 6 months ago the room was mediocre but the price was good, stay was fine then and shuttle service on point. This visit the stay was the same but the shuttle service was awful we waited 45 minutes for pick up, called 3 times and drive said they would be there in 10 minutes each time. After a very long day of travel that was not acceptable. Won't stay again.

The hotel property had litter on the parking lot, the starirs and the hallways. Hotel added an inexplicable $2.12 charge at check-in. I got what I feel was the worst room at the back of the property and I did feel safe. The AC in the room was turned off so the room tempature was 83 degrees. The AC unit was old and really loud and took an hour to bring the room tempature to 71 degrees. The soap dispenser by a sink next to the bathroom had no soap in it. Overall it was the worst hotel I have stayed in a long time.I feel I was ripped off

Overall the room was clean and convenient for my one night stay. I am not a fan of hotels with outside entrance doors. Those are "motels" to me. For that reason i tried to cancel the room immediately but couldn't. I really felt uncomfortable because i was traveling alone. I will definitely do more research before booking the next time.
