Everything was just fine. With the hotel and staff itself. Very clean and nice room. The only complaint was. They rented out the rooftop pool for a private party. So it was off limits to us. We booked this hotel for the pool. We paid a bit more for a hotel with a pool. We could have saved some money and booked a hotel without a pool. If you advertise a pool. It should be open to all hotel guests. Unless there are maintenance issues.

The breakfast vouchers was an irritating system, I understand its purpose but there must be a better way. Standing in a line waiting for a busy hotel receptionist to look up your name and room number so they can sign a little slip of paper allowing you to eat.. come on.

The property, as a whole, is lovely, the staff were super friendly, and it was perfect walking distance to our venue and the Metro. However... housekeeping was not consistent from person to person, and there was mold on the lip of the ice/water machine on the 8th floor- can only imagine what's happening inside the machine. Overall, an average and decent experience.

- Parking was very bad, very small, confusing, inconvenient, and was hard open the trunk due to it hitting the ceiling because of how close the ceiling was. - No cleaning service came to our hotel room to clean or to even switch out towels or sheets. - We had breakfast with our reservation and they kept saying that our reservation didn’t come with breakfast included so at the end we never had breakfast. That’s all, Thank you!
