First, the hotel ran out of milk for the complimentary coffee. Went to the front desk, not much help. Can a hotel really run out of milk? GET SOME. Room had crumbs on the desk, Generally the property seemed run down and dirty despite a recent renovation. The refrigerator in the room ran noisily. The vibration from the fridge made the microwave, that was missing a foot vibrate. We had to unplug the fridge to sleep. The adjoining room was coughing throughout the night and next morning. Only two towels, usually there are more. Not a stellar stay that we expected.

The room was fine, loved the krups coffee machine and bought better coffee pods, cleaning staff awesome, friendly, helpful and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The night deak gal also so nice helpful and friendly and helped me with my receipt. Thinking her name was Keeme?Been coming to area 25 yrs for my health but first time staying with y'all . The staff team was the best part of the stay. Especially Cristina in the bar and the young woman who was at the front desk. The rest was not good: the bedding was thin and worn, cracked paint in the shower ceiling and a loud and unpredictable HVAC system. I would probably not stay here again, especially with so many options within walking distance.
