The hotel was nice and convenient to a couple of lite fare restaurants and coffee house like Subway and Starbucks. The only thing I didn't like about our hotel room was we found the A/C a little tricky to operate... It seemto blow air in my face, it was also a little loud when running. Also, was difficult operating the bedroom lights... it seemed to turn on the room entrance light or bathroom light you have to turn on the room's main light. The bathroom did have a small motion light but if you're taking a shower or using the toilet and someone in the room is already sleeping you have to turn on main light to use the restroom, because if you keep room lights off and use motion light in restroom the light only stays on for a minute or two because it's difficult to activate the motion light when you're in the shower or sitting on the toilet.

Outstanding! Newly renovated and gorgeous room and amenities. And the price was very inexpensive for such a high end hotel. Plus, only 5 minutes from Maryland Live casino. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Was only one elevator working on a busy Friday evening, and the wait to get to the room after a long drive was horrible. One front desk agent with long check in lines even if you pre checked in! Found a bug in my bed. I usually live this hotel but not this time! Also the pool was out of service….

I booked this hotel as I have stayed before because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately it was out for maintenance all week. I am a keen swimmer, so really missed my daily swim. I would stayed elsewhere if the hotel had let me know.

Misleading information

This hotel is filled with misinformation. Their website prominently features the pool, despite their knowledge that it has been closed for months. Additionally, they charge for parking. When I search for hotels, I always filter for free parking and a pool. This hotel appeared to offer both options. Upon arrival, I noticed a sign indicating the pool's closure. I asked the front desk attendant why they hadn't updated their information to inform guests about the pool. She replied that she has no control over that. I booked the hotel for three days but had to leave just a few hours later. I didn't spend a single night there. To top it off, they sent me a separate bill for parking. Hotel is nice but definitely needs a better management.
