We really loved the hotel. The rooms, as well as the public areas and surrounding area of the hotel were all pristine. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the room was quiet. A perfect stay. We were staying due to a doctor's appointment in Baltimore city, and the commute there was so fast. We are actually returning for a follow up next week and are staying again!

We have stayed here numerous times. Our last visit we had a terrible experience (an issue with our room that was handled extremely poorly and with really bad customer service) that made us rethink staying here in the future. After over a year, we decided to give it another try (it’s in a convenient location and our son loves the pool!). We had an issue with the WiFi in our room and the way the staff handled it was completely different than our previous experience. They immediately attempted to resolve the issue, were apologetic and offered various solutions. Fantastic customer service. Although they couldn’t resolve the issue, I was very happy with how it was handled.

THE BEST HOTEL STAY EVER
