I could not shower because I did not have soap and shampoo in the room. And they did not bring me a cot. In the morning my baby fell to the floor even though I put pillows around it! In addition, the floor in the bathroom is very unified and slipping and I almost fell.

I was charged twice for my room. They didn’t send me my cash receipt through my email, so I was charged on my card. Trying to get this fix.

Fast check-in and check-out. The room was comfortable, but I felt like for the price I could have found something equal to it for less.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. However, Travelocity had the check out time as 12, but we were kicked out at 11 by a rude employee. On top of that, we were never able to log into the wifi. My credit card was charged $134, instead of the $118 that was posted on Travelocity. And, lastly, the Doubletree website says they offer a free continental breakfast, but in fact it was an additional $8 a person.

Great Location close to Glen Rock Mansion

Pros: The warm hospitality of the front desk. The check in was with ease we were offered warm cookies and bottle of water both coming and exiting the hotel.
Location: Right off beltway close to shopping, wedding event, food is nearby
I truly enjoyed our stay, clean rooms, fluffy pillows, courteous front desk(Romaine and Rhonda)

Very convenient location.

Pleasant, clean, courteous staff. Great location for Jewish neighborhood, kosher restaurants, shopping, very near freeway access.
