The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude specifically an older asain lady. I have never been to this hotel before and asked where the elevator was after checking in and she pointed in a general direction. Walked over could see it walked back and asked again she rolled her eyes and pointed the same direction again and said right there right there can't you see. I walked away and another guest staying overheard and directed me to the elevator. Requested a blanket and pillow, took forever to get. I don't plan to stay this hotel again.

Good location to walking/running trail, clean rooms. For the price I would have liked robes in the room. The Lantern Flies were disgusting and a staff person was using a blower to get them off the outdoor furniture! Ridiculous!!! How about vacuuming them up and then spraying the inside of the vacuum bag with an insecticide and killing them? There were literally hundreds of them just being blown around and as soon as the staff person was gone the bugs were right back. They are killing lots of vegetation and need to be killed! That was a real turn off.
