Staff was hit or miss depending what person you were dealing with. Some were very nice and others very rude. Every time I could leave my room I would have to get my key card reset at the front desk because it would stop working. I had to do this FIVE times. Room was fairly clean but bathroom needed several repairs. Safety bar in the shower was coming loose, toilet seat was loose and would move every time you sat down and the shower head was broken and almost impossible to change the settings on it. There are many hotels in this area so if you can I would recommend somewhere else but in a pinch I suppose it will work.

Don’t stay here! They charge you the “incidentals” to credit card instead of the fair, industry standard of just placing a “credit hold” for $50. Then, they never reimbursed my card. Instead, they told me they reimbursed some other credit card that they “received from Expedia” even though I physically gave them my credit card at check in which they charged the $50. Shady as $hit! And, per Expedia this is not an industry standard.

We were not happy that we weren’t able to get through on the hotel phone line to get a courtesy shuttle from the airport. The phone just kept ringing & when selecting the option 2 for shuttle, the phone message just kept reciting the options.
