Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was quick and seamless. The location is excellent, within walking distance to several cultural sites and attractions. We definitely recommend the AKA Back Bay.

Location, lobby and staff were all wonderful but the rooms left a bit to be desired. Very small space which, we do understand in metro areas. The shower however, was wild. I get the industrial vibe but it was giving straight gym/dorm shower. Coffee in lobby was a nice convenience.
