Because the hotel occupies floors 25 and up in a 33 story building, views are expansive and noise from below (including from nearby train tracks) is nearly undetectable. Staff members were unfailingly polite and helpful, including storing a couple of big bags for us while we toured Japan between stays. One fun novelty is a lobby dispenser that perfectly pours beer glasses for merely 1000 ¥.

It was a little confusing to find the entrance to the lobby in the 25th floor, but once I found it everything was smooth sailing. I had a beautiful view from my room and even was offered a complimentary drink. Great location, comfortable bedding, and friendly staff!

The hotel is awesome. It is at a good location that connects to everywhere (JR/subway) and it has underground passage that you can walk around to reach nearby shops/stations. The hotel itself starts at 25th floor and my room had a great view of Tokyo city. Everything was as expected and I had no issues while staying four nights.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Clean rooms and good service with laundry and room service. Right next to train station and only a brief walk to Shimbashi station. Relatively quiet part of Tokyo as well.

The reception is impressive and the views of Tokyo are awesome. Clean and high quality amenities. Room was small but well-designed so did not feel constrained. Daily water in metal bottles was a big plus.
