"Checkin wasn’t a good experience- the lady checking us in I asked with a please if she could slow down as we had problems with accent understanding our instructions - she sounded like she was reading from a card - she then took offence I asked her to slow down and was very condescending to us! Was a shame as all the other staff were so polite and couldn’t be nicer - a Thankyou to the manager that moved us to a different room after we had an issue with it. Breakfast was a big let down once again with this hotel chain - healthier and fresh options would be good"

"The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I do not have one thing negative to say about this beautiful hotel. If I were to give a recommendation, I wish there was a vending machine or a way to purchase bottled soft drinks for overnight. We didn't realize that we checked in after the cafe had closed and had no soft drinks for our room. It really wasn't an inconvenience but had we known we could have planned ahead. Overall, it was wonderful and we will definitely be back!"
