Even though there were a few conventions going on and the hotel seemed busy our floor was very quiet. Property was wonderful and near a few different restaurants. Would stay here again if going to a ball game or convention.

Hotel is nice. Staff from check in, bar to dinner are the worst. The bartender on the 13th floor is useless. This was my third time staying and he’s been the worst every time. Back to Zaza for me for great service!
