"We travelled with our 3 young children for 8 days. This was by far the best choice as far as hotels go. Everything we could ever need, they were able to provide. Even floats and pool noodles for the pool - they had everything! The staff is incredibly accommodating - Louise, Alibi and Joanne made our entire experience that much better. Fresh towels and water in our rooms daily - we never had to ask for anything - we already had it. We can't wait to go back to Aruba - and when we do, we will definitely be heading back to Embassy Suites."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations in a highly positive manner. The in-person experience far surpassed what was captured in photographs and video. The rooftop pool is exceptionally beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious. While the staff could benefit from a more welcoming demeanor, they were generally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, offered ample space, and maintained a clean environment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed—exactly what I sought to escape the noise and crowds, particularly the presence of children. We booked a king-size ocean-view room, which provided a comfortable and scenic experience. The on-site coffee shop was pleasant, and the restaurant offered reasonable dining options. While the surrounding island is renowned for its culinary offerings, the hotel’s amenities were more than adequate. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future."
