Upon arrival the rooms were going to be ready at 4PM. At 3:50 we attempted to to get into our room with the key card provided and the key didn't work much less the room wasn't even cleaned yet. We left to get food and drinks, went back to the front desk, got our keys reset and they still didn't work. (Mind you we were on the 9th floor) When we went back down they said they gave us the wrong room!!! I paid 9k for my employees to go on this trip and the only thing I got was an apology and was then placed in a separate building away from my group, same room. I believe I should've received something extra for the inconvenience. It was a beautiful resort but nothing really stood out from the others that I've been too previously. I don't think it you should have to pay for lounge chairs while on the beach and the food was average at best.

The property lay out was good & the landscaping was nice & neat. The drink service on the beach needs improvement. Not enough staff to bring drinks out.

It was good. I don't think I have any complaints rather than the internet service. I purchased 2 days that was $20 and had difficulty connecting my entire stay. If wifi is important to you be ware.

Drink service in the beach area was awful. The waiters would sometimes dismiss or not fulfill the order at all. Pool area too small for the amount of guests. Not enough palapas in the beach. They should install umbrellas at the request of guests whenever there are no palapas available.

I think it was a nice property for the price. I was disappointed that my Deluxe Ocean view room was actually facing a parking lot and the water view was to the "far" right. Also, the food did not meet my expectations. The staff for the most part were really nice.
