Beach is most beautiful beach I have seen. They currently have renovations going on which was little bit annoying. Wish they had more authentic food at the buffet, it was very American and not enough fruits and veggies in the morning for breakfast. restaurants are good.

The multiple pools were incredible and it was never too busy at them or at the beach. The towel service every morning was also very convenient rather than having to go find towels everyday. 10/10 would stay again

Beautiful, relaxing and clean beach with plenty of beach chairs. The resort is kept clean and staff is friendly. Housekeeping was also great, plenty of clean towels for a family of four each day. The buffet could improve ; not a variety of food and breakfast was not the best. Omelettes were overcooked and not a wide variety of breakfast options. We dinned at Ginger and Paparazzi, food was really good at Ginger, however at Paparazzi the pasta ( lasagna ) was undercooked ( not al dente but undercooked!) and the tiramisu seemed like they just took it out of the freezer.

Room was older and dirty. Needs upgrades Lack of dinner options- not enough spots to eat. Having a large party is not very accommodating in restaurants and the length of dinner time does limit the amount of reservations they take. The workers are not nice and seem to be irritated if you ask for things from them. On a positive note the beach was beautiful on the Divi side.

The food choices were not great. Mostly American everyday stuff. Nothing was hot or well properly. Dessert choices were terrible and not Fresh. The sister property was a little better but that not saying much. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool areas small but the beach was awesome.

I had requested and paid for an ocean view and we were placed in a back building kind of away from everything...7305. They were able to get us in one of the newer places on the Beach the second day through the end of our trip, which was nice.

Housekeeping did a marginal job. Left no clean towels or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk because the phone in the rooms were not working. Yes you can call room to room however when you pick up the phone and hit concierge, front desk, whatever the other options are nothing happens. All you get is a busy signal, no matter what time of the day or night you try. The bar by the pool facing the ocean was supposed to be open till 1 AM. They tend to shut down at 11:30. The buffet, which is also open till 9:30 PM by 840. They are out of a lot of food. The signs are down and they do not replenish what has been Emptied. I had much higher expectations for this property than another property I visited and this certainly did not come close to meeting my expectations. The food was marginal. Two of the restaurants we were there over two hours the other two restaurants we were in and out in an hour, and the food was just OK I get it’s an all-inclusive. However I really thought you would be between a three and four star property and I would say it’s closer to a two. I am a travel agent so I’m glad I got to experience it because now I know a little more that I can share with my clients. My sister was there three times and raved about the property and this was her fourth time with us being there and she was embarrassed by all the issues and I tried not to complain since she picked the place. However she was complaining so she got my ear full as well.
