We are frequent travelers and this property was one of if not the BEST we have experienced in quite a while. In the most recent past several OTHER (non Divi) properties promised exquisite comfort and eating and enjoyment and safe swimming and failed miserably. So big Thank you to Divi properties for a clean, well maintained, friendly staff, excellent food and service all around very enjoyable.. and Safe swimming and entertainment.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful. The location is outstanding. The beach was beautiful, the accessibility to lounge chairs and palapas were plentiful. The amenities and food were great. The workmanship in the room could be improved.

Love this place! Second time there. Staff is so friendly and fabulous! Very clean. The resort is directly on the beach with plenty of restaurants and amenities. You also have the amenities and restaurants from the adjoining Tamarijn resort to double your options! Make sure you explore both resorts! There is a shuttle that continuously transports between resorts or you can walk. If i had a complaint, i would say they should open the bar by 10:00 a.m. vs. 11:00, people are in vacation mode and its 5:00 somewhere! We will be back!

Best thing about this property is the staff, the food in the buffet and at Pure Lime. The restaurants that you need reservations for Red Parrot, Ginger etc. the food is just ok. Not to mention the hotel is expensive, but they may tell you, they don’t have reservations for the day/time you want and they only allow you to make reservations two days at a time. My room was subpar - stains on the blanket, a ball of hair in the bathroom from previous occupants, coffee stains on the furniture from previous occupant, a ANTS problem that they came to my room twice to address. And a ROACH in my room that I stomped! They gave reusable water bottles that was dusty on the inside. Upon entering my room and seeing the condition, I called the front desk but did not reach anyone. The day before my last day they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms… like whats the point now? On the morning of my check out, an exterminator was sent to spray the exterior of my room. Would not recommend.
