Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Room service needs more staff. Called to get food and it took 15 tries to get an answer. Lady said she was the only one prepping food and answering phone. Buffet food was blah and other restaurants was hard to get in because they were booked with “elite member” reservations.

Hotel room wasn’t as nice as the pictures. I upgraded for an Oceanview and had a partial view. Room service took forever each day with cleaning. Three people in a room and at times didn’t provide adequate towels. The bartender at the Main Entrance was the bomb.com! Loved Freddy’s energy, conversation, and attention to all guests he served!! Va Va was my absolute favorite, personality, personality, personality. Super helpful and took care of anything I needed!!

This is a very very busy party atmosphere Hotel if that’s your thing. If you want a Palapa, you need to be down at the beach by 6 AM if you wait till 8 am you are out of luck. You can’t make reservations at any restaurants so be prepared to wait in line. The breakfast buffet was good with a large selection of items. The food overall was good. The bar service was interesting. We came with our own travel mugs, which they refused to fill, although they did allow us to order drinks and pour them into our own cups. We were limited to two drinks at a time. Incredibly frustrating was the fact that our room key consistently failed. Every time we needed to go to our room, we had to go to the front desk for a new key. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Fred and Nelson at the beach bar. They certainly made our New Year’s a night to remember.

Staff was amazing. Elite is definitely the way to go. The staff in the elite lounge/bar was awesome. The staff at elite breakfast was also so pleasant. The Steakhouse was by far the best dinner.
