Property definitely is older being our room had alot of wear and tear but overall clean. Convenient location with casino was a plus old were really nice

My suggestion would be to have more activities, my choice of resorts are the Riu's and this one lacks activities. Also your housekeepers conjure outside of the rooms early in the morning talking before 8:00 am. Also when requesting items I requested washcloths at 1:00 pm and didn't get them until after 9pm.

Riu Palace was very nice. The buffet was good and the food at the italian restaurant was good as well. My issue was i wasnt able to get a reservation at the steakhouse. Its a first come first serve basis and theres a limit to how many reservations they take a night. I went 2 nights in a row and the line was ridiculous and i was told sorry all booked for this evening. After paying alot of money for an all inclusive and not being able to eat at one of the restaurants was a big factor. Also the liquor that they serve isnt top notch which is expected but come on. Titos or greygoose isnt that expensive. Next time im in Aruba ...btw i love it there....all inclusive is definitely out

This resort was fantastic! Most of the staff was so nice and attentive. The only downside is that other people wake up at the crack of dawn (5:30-6am) to go put towels on the beach chairs to reserve them, and then go back to their rooms and sleep until 10am and the hotel staff let them and say this is allowed. Very difficult to get a beach spot because of this. But the pool and beach are beautiful and so much fun. Highly reccomend this resort

Check in was ridiculous with 6 people behind the counter and I was told to wait to check in. Also, check out our wrist bands were removed. I understand check out is 12:00 pm but some people don't have a plane to catch for hours. Perhaps we would have like to have lunch before leaving.

This property is definitely the “party property” and not as relaxing as expected. We struggled to get towels several days of trip. The resort credit, as advertised, is a scam.
