Incredible beach and pools, both close to restrooms, dining and bars! Extremely friendly staff in all areas. I have been doing all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean since the 90s and this is by far the best experience. Will be returning, love Arubians!!

Since it seems large part of visitors are from US, I would say they need to do a lot better job of offering quality viewing for US sports ( Football)

We were upgraded to the "Villas". the room was nice, but there were no elevators to the second or third floors. When we sat on the balcony the noise from some industrial unit at the RIU Palace was very loud. It would run then shut off for about 30 seconds and turn back on. I would never suggest staying in the "Villas". Not an upgrade.

It was a great destination. I feel the staff could have explained things better such as restaurant times and been more helpful. Also, I never saw a spa and we really wanted a massage. We took a day to learn the facilities and had a great time.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly. Its not a newer hotel but it was well maintained and affordable. Buffet was fantastic for breakfast and dinner. Beach was clean and beautiful. Only negative we found at this hotel was there is no jacuzzi on property

the staff really cared about making us comfortable. From the moment we arrived Bolivar showed us our room and explained everything we needed to get started. On the beach where we spent most of our time Oscar, Jose and Kevin helped us setup and were very friendly. We even got to chat with Jason the security guard as we passed. Place was beautiful. the food was excellent.

The staff was great and very helpful. Especially Nathan at the pool bar. Buffet for lunch and dinner was very good. We didn't bother going to any of the restaurants because we liked the buffet so much. Different themes each night so there were some different options each day. I would stay there again.
