The resort is close to the markets/ shopping. The benefit of have the flamingo beach included was a plus. the drinks at the lobby bar were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The only cons for me was the amenities — we were not provided a schedule of events and did not know there were activities happening until the last day. The adult pool is pretty small and the swim up bar is on the family side (not the adult side) . the casino is not great as the roulette table screen was apparently stuck and no one seemed to fix It, I left after realizing this.

Unfortunately, our room had an unpleasant smell. The pool is really small. Also, the DJ was lackluster. The resort lacks entertainment. Finally, the resort is extremely hot! There’s no air conditioning in the lobby, and/or bar area.

Great place to stay! It is not near palm beach where all the attraction is- shopping, dining etc. so beware of that- you have to take a taxi to palm beach there and back each time. Loved the flamingo island! Did not like the “resort fee” that they charge daily on top of Aruba tax- we did not know this was a daily fee per out statement it looked like a one time fee.

Great service but problems at check out

Aquarius restaurant staff is very friendly, specially Juanita. Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement
