The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love Tamrijn so much; this is my second visit in 2 months! First, I went on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday in September; now, I'm with my sister and cousin for a mini girls' trip. I love ARUBA!

The room, I got locked in the bathroom and almost missed our excursion due to the lock mechanism failing. I was locked in for about 45 min while my family was waiting in the room and maintenance got there. It was hot and muggy in the bathroom.

We were very happy with the food and the service at the restaurants. We found the service at the front desk in concierge to be disinterested at best and in some cases simply not available. The room was basic but clean, but the major issue in our area was noise. During the day, a lot of noise coming from people partying on the beach, and at night a rhythmic vibration that made it very difficult to sleep up until about 4:00 a.m.. We were located towards the West end of the resort, although we had requested the other end. We had also requested main floor because of a disability and that was also not granted. Many elements of this stay were beautiful, but for the noise reasons alone we could not recommend it

Our stay at this all-inclusive was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated, the furniture is worn, and the bathroom walls had peeling, cracked paint. You can also hear everything from the room next door, which made it hard to relax. The food was bland and basic, definitely not what you expect for the price. The service at Cunucu Terrace was the worst part — the staff were rude, seemed miserable, and clearly favored certain guests. We weren’t even offered water while others were, and had to wave someone down just to get drinks. There’s also no nightlife at this hotel. All the activity is at the Divi next door. Yes, we had access, but this hotel should offer its own entertainment. It’s also not ideal for a younger crowd — most guests were 40+ and the overall vibe was very quiet. Overall, we were disappointed and I do not recommend this resort.
If you look you can tell the paint is coming off.
