When I checked in the Internet was down and the clerk checked me in on her cell phone. She said the night crew would provide my receipt.
When I checked out two days later a different clerk at the desk said she couldn't do it because my reservation was made through a third party.
We went for hours without Internet and since the TV was a Roku set, we didn't have TV either.
The next morning I tried the TV and still had no Internet . I called the desk and requested maintenance take a look at it .
We left and returned about 5 hours later. Still no Internet. I called the desk and she said the maintenance man would be there right away.
He reset the TV and left but then only one channel was working. I figured out the problem myself and got the TV working again.
Everything else was good but I vote no confidence for their customer service.
When I return home I'll need to chase down my receipt.
