The room card key system was not working. Additionally, the room sink was clogged with an unknown item; TV was not working properly. As such, we declined staying under these unacceptable conditions. The front desk manager did try his best to rectify the many issues.

Absolutely disgusting. Room did not have a tv cable and power was off when I arrived. Finally found the power strip buried behind the tv stand. Staff way overworked and have kind of given up. Worst property I’ve ever stayed at.

The hallway outside the rooms looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The toilet in my room was used and unflushed. Noisy guests in and out of their rooms all night, but you get what you pay for.

Oct. 10, 2025, The pluses in the room, during the stay were. The refrigerator and microwave oven worked. And was the right size for the room. The TV had full cable. The mattress surprisingly was exceptionally comfortable. Possibly memory foam material. The individual heating unit in room, worked and was reliable. It maintained a set temperature. There was a variety of different types of food. Available for the continental breakfast in the lobby each morning. I did not experience a lot of noise while I there. The cons were. There was not a diverter on the tub. Could only draw water for a bath. No shower option. There was a glitch with the mechanism of the entrance door. I had to request the staff's assistance to open door. When inserted, the card key didn't work right. If I needed to, I would stay at this hotel again.

The property is very dirty. The smell of urine and the stickiness of the floors was bad. As we were checking in another couple came up to the front desk complaining about the smell of urine in their room. The room floors were so dirty and sticky that we had to throw our socks in the trash when we took them off. I am aware that the hotel is pet friendly but for this reason, cleaning should be much better. Also, I dont know whos idea was it to have a cherry tree at a dog friendly hotel. Cherry pits are very toxic to dogs. Definitely not a good idea and can be a legal issue if someone's dog gets a hold of them. The tv in our room was not working when we got there. Someone had stolen the hdmi cord. The staff was very helpful. They were the only plus side to the stay. Due to the lack of cleanliness at the hotel, we skipped on breakfast.

Broken door lock made it difficult to enter room on multiple occasions. Very basic breakfast wasn't worth the stay here. I was counseled by front desk staff due to a complaint by another guest because my dog barked a few times at 8:30 am when I left the room for a few minutes to be a responsible owner and clean up after my pet (and someone else's pet as well). It's a Red Roof Inn, for Pete's sake. Dogs bark. Fine--next time I'll just leave my dog's crap on their grass like other guests did. I was awoken at 7am due to a neighbor's yappy dogs barking, incidentally.
