Frankly, they are sweet people but halls were dirty and I was so surprised it was a Wyndham property. You could feel where they saved on any improvements! The breakfast was so modest. I thought they must have put it all away already but it wasn’t

We didn’t get room service until the third of the sixth day we stayed and we only got one towel. There was broken things in the room, such as the toilet seat holes in the shower area mud on the wall that was drywall mud that needed to be painted that wasn’t the only good thing was the bed, but it was hard to sleep considering there’s people upstairs bouncing on the ceilings. It just wasn’t an overall good experience.

The room was very dark. The bathroom exhaust fan was very dusty. I have pictures. The location was not good. I had a difficult time getting my monies back from the nights that i couldn't stay. My room was not very clean.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have staying in thousands of Hotels. hotel picked me up at the airport in some employees dirty nasty car, room was terrible, shower and sink didnt work well, people making loud noise late at night, staff working in the hall at 6 am listening to loud music, vacuuming started at 730am housekeeping started knocking on my door at 8am, there wasnt even a do not disturb sign for the room, the heating/ac system would either cool to ice cold or hot as hell, thermostat didnt work for the unit, towels were nasty with dark stains. bathroom had open sections cut into the wall with plumbing valves and insulation showing, it was like a construction zone. Hallways were dirty with all kinds of trash and leaves on the floor. I cant believe people can run a business like this and expect people to happily pay. what a disgrace. I should be fully refunded but I doubt that will happen. Hotels.com should do better research before listing hotels.

It has been an excellent stay. Staff is verry accommodating, helpful and very responsive to your needs. Clean rooms and literally on demand shuttle transportation. You are getting so much for your money. I have been staying here for a month due to work and I have nothing but great things to say.

The bed was somewhat clean, however the the wall inside the room was very dirty. The hallway leaning to the room was dirty and full of trash. I was unable to take a shower the night of check in because the hot water in the shower didnt't work. The morning i had to change room from 117-116 in order to take a shower. Secondly, i made reservations for one room and somehow they wanted to change me for two reservations. Was told by the receptionist that i have to pay for one room and the card will be changed for no show for the other reservation which i clearly didn't make two reservations. Overall, my experience was horrible from check in to check out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was engaging and friendly the shuttle service was quick and direct. The rooms leave a lot to be desired but needing only a bed for a few hours and the shuttle service it was perfect for my needs.
