"The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing to work with. We got off our ship and arrived at the hotel early, and they were able to hold our luggage so we could go explore the city. When we returned, our luggage had already been brought up to our room. What a nice surprise! My only “complaint” is that the rooms were quite dark. The lighting made it difficult to shave or apply makeup. A little brighter lighting, especially around the bathroom mirror, would be a great improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the excellent service from the staff!"
