"The good: The restaurant staff at the hotel tavern was top-notch. We ate there for dinner once and had coffee and cappuccinos every morning. My son did get a breakfast plate, and everything was outstanding. The beds in building B suites were comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice, as others have pointed out. The Bad: Our room stopped working 5 or 6 times. As we were in a different building, it was a bit of an annoyance. This would not stop me from staying here again. "

"My mom and I wanted to explore Quebec City for the holidays, and we really enjoyed our stay! Room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. We also appreciated the proximity to everything we wanted to see, an easy walk from many shops and restaurants, Christmas markets, Notre Dame, and Chateau Frontenac. Made our first trip to Quebec very enjoyable!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights during the Christmas market. Hotel is perfectly located for all market locations! We were able to run back to the room for rests/washroom breaks and be back in the market area in 5 min! Clean, cosy, and great old city feel. Just be aware this is not a traditional hotel, no staff from 11pm-7am. Did not impact our stay at all, just surprised when we checked in."

"The front desk staff was exceptional. He gave us an early check-in and also gave us a room on the 18th floor with a lovely view of the river. The bellhop was so friendly. He delivered our bags to our room and told us about the room. Our room was cozy and we loved the turn-down service. The hotel is as beautiful as I saw in the pictures. "
