Beautiful hotel and our room was lovely. The character and charm really had us feeling like we were in Europe. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything you need to enjoy a wonderful visit. The roof top patio was fantastic for enjoying our morning coffee. We will be back!

The hotel was styled in the local tradition and had some charm, which we much prefer over uniform chain hotels. The price was fair and we didn’t feel that the lack of staffing was a problem as communication via email was sufficient. My only minor criticism is that the external areas such as the rooftop terrace were in something of a disarray. The wife and I would stay again.

Location is good, room was small couldn’t open the door fully as it hit the bed, temp in shower scalding hot to cold, curtains should be black out, bed was squeaky, very loud in the mornings if your on a relaxing vacation you won’t be sleeping in past 7am, lots of stairs if you have mobility issues it’s not good.

Very close to all the shops, restaurants and funicular. We thought the hotel was a little dated but for the price we paid, it was a screaming good deal. Clean, comfortable bed. We never saw a staff member as this place is all automated.

We liked it. Room a little bit small, and the location was a little tough to get because of the icy slope, but very clean and practical.

No cleaning service, no staff. The location is very nice but they had construction in front. The room is very noise. The light in my room did not fully turn off either. The soap semelles so bad, it’s the first time in my Life that I had to go buy some. Do not recommand. No parking near.
