"This had everything you need for a lovely stay in Quebec City. We were there too early for check in but the friendly staff secured our luggage and we made our way into Old Town. On return, you could get drinks in the lobby bar. Again bar staff were exceptionally friendly. Reception staff helped us find dinner outside of the hotel, practically walking us there. The onsite restaurant, the Louise, was handy for weary travelers and the food was delicious. We ate breakfast and dinner there. Our room was cozy and quiet even though we were on the first flour."
