"Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Old town Quebec. Majestic scenery and views of the area. Not sure if I would say kid friendly but not everywhere should be. Great restaurants on property and nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn’t ready at checking so complimentary drinks at the bar were offered and a gift in the room more than made up for the short delay. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We enjoyed the location, location, location... for walking around and see the old Quebec. The food and restaurant staff were exceptional. What we didn't like: Not car friendly – the time we took the car – it was very slow and people are not very patient, and public transportation is not better. Overall, we had a great stay."

"Very centrally located, maybe a block from the main shopping/ dining street. No elevator, but beautiful room and comfy bed. Excellent service, they opened up a room before 4 when my friend was not feeling well. "
