4 stars hotel ?

Un hôtel 4 étoiles, je me suis dit, j'vais ammener ma conjointe, on va prendre une "Suite PRESTIGE", ça va être cute.. Honnêtement rien d'impressionant, j'ai vu des 3 étoiles plus beau et j'ai vu des 5 étoiles charger un moins gros dépot de garantie (350$) + la chambre. Ah oui et le bain tourbillon à 100$ qui part tout seul toute la nuit. LE BONHEUR :)

The hotel didn’t come with much at all. For the price we paid, we should have had continental breakfast included. They don’t clean the room everyday unless you ask them too. They do not include hair conditioner which is a big thing for a lot of women. Also, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and they only provided us with 1 extra toilet paper roll and 2 towels each for 4 days.

We arrived and the bathroom was dirty, it hadn't been well cleaned. There was excrements in the toilet and hair in the tub. We asked at the reception if this was normal and they tried to change us to another room. View wasn't as pretty. Not a great experience. would not recommend for the price. It was also noisy because there was a competition and children and youth were making sounds in the hallway very late. They added the continental breakfast to make up for the dirty room - but that was also not good: cold food, not enough option, cheap and just not good. We went elsewhere to get food.

We were given a room right infront of one of their events rooms. At 8 PM they told us that the event finishes by 9… at 9 it turned out to be 9:30 and at 10 they offered us earbuds!!!! The staff was not helpful at all… if they would’ve been honest from the start, we would’ve checked out and found a different hotel where we could get a night’s sleep. Very disappointing. That room should’ve been a janitor closet, not a room for guests.

Room and place is great. Breakfast not much, just a series of different breads, fruit salad, a couple of cheeses and yogurth (whatsomeone would say, a cold breakfast). No hams, bacon, scramble eggs, etc
